The Council is keen to expand its membership by identifying organisations with whom partnership working would extend the safety message to more people within Scotland. While this will serve to assist the SAPC in pursuing its objectives, more importantly, it helps the Council exercise an influence on a wider scale which, hopefully, will have positive benefits for Scotland as a whole.

Membership gives you access to our e-bulletin, access to lobbying opportunities, a voice at U.K, Scottish and local levels and opportunities to promote best practice as well as opportunities to meet on a regular basis to discuss and act on the latest information available to the accident prevention sector.

Membership of SAPC also acts as a conduit for partners to feed into national organisations dealing with safety issues. With concern for home, road, and water & leisure safety, the SAPC is the only Scottish-based organisation which encompasses all the main problem areas.
