Took place on Monday 5 December 2005 in Carronvale House in Larbert, the Home of the Boys Brigade. The training was attended by over 30 delegates from Local Authorities, Police Forces and other organisations throughout Scotland. The day was led by Elaine Kennedy who took delegates through how every single interaction you have with another human being accumulates and profoundly affects your life. The event aimed to help delegates: raise awareness, increase energy, improve productivity, build on their people skills and manage interactions.
